Located right in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.
Agendas that been discussed with the Deputy of Finance Minister are we seek the higher authorities to find out the owner of the land that's been abandoned which now been taken over by RHB. Anyone of you who have known any person in RHB bank may help us find out the owner too. We need to wait & see what are the options that we can get from the owner if found, it's either the owner buy back from us or there's new developer that continue to build or etc.
Latest information given by 1 CN Gallery purchaser, til to date the previous Multipurpose Bank are still calling some CN Gallery purchasers to collect their refund of 10% as a way of compensation & to sign a letter of acceptance with Multipurpose bank with terms & conditions. We advise that if CN Gallery purchasers wanted to join us as a team with Nav Pavillion purchaser to fight for this project,we advised them not to accept anything from Multipurpose Bank's offer as we should stand firm on our objective,to gain back our rights as the owner of the property.
As for today, we have yet to make any police report on the day after gathered at BPR meeting on 27th Nov '08 because we have been advised by a police officer to lodge such report on individual basis instead of a group lodged report as such individual police report made by each Nas Pavillion purchasers is vital in future when come to claimant of compensation of our losses.
We urge all members of Nas Pavillion team to be able to set a date to attend together at Police Station Dang Wangi to lodge this police report individually as soon as possible so we can proceed for the next step. Please vote a date during the month of January 2009 for our next gathering, awaiting all replies & appreciate all your cooperation & attention. Thank you for your time.
