Nas Pavillion
We are the Nas Pavillion Condominium in Golden Triangle KL purchasers since 1996 until 2004. Today we become the victim of the heartless developers which this project has been abondoned twice during 1996 & 2004.
1st batch victims are the CN Gallery shoplots purchasers which has been cheated & abandoned by 1st developer (M/S Metro Jelita Sdn Bhd) since 1996 & 2nd batch victims are the Nas Pavillion Condominium residence purchasers which has been cheated & abandoned again by 2nd developer (M/S Urban Shift Sdn Bhd).
One of the culprit who is assisting the developer is the irresponsible & selfish marketing agent - Kim Realty. We are here to resource all updated information to all the victims & also to be unite here to fight for our rights on our properties which we have made deposits & downpayment. This not only involve the local purchasers but also a number of foreigners like Japanese, Indonesians & Saudi Arabian.
We have our rights for our properties too. Please stay united to make these culprits returned all what we deserved for & hope the right authorities will hear us & render us the fair justice!
